Bob Mover is an alto and tenor saxophonist whose career bridges generations of jazz masters and modern innovators. Emerging in the 1970s as a prodigy mentored by Phil Woods and Charles Mingus, he went on to work with Chet Baker, Stan Getz, Lee Konitz, and countless others, building a reputation for his fluid sound and fearless improvisation. A respected bandleader, educator, and recording artist, Mover remains one of jazz’s most expressive and adventurous voices.
