Brooklyn Zu presents Buddha Monk – Unreleased Chambers

Price range: $5.00 through $6.00

A rare collection of classic-era recordings from Buddha Monk and the Brooklyn Zu family, featuring Ol’ Dirty Bastard, 12 O’Clock, Murdoc, Shorty Shitstain, Da Manchuz, Shyheim, Prodigal Sunn, Zu Ninjaz, and more. Sourced from sessions dating 1994–2006, this vault-opening release reveals the raw, unfiltered sound of ODB’s inner circle, produced by Buddha Monk with contributions from Lord Finesse, Moz Art, and others.

The lost history of the Wu-Tang extended family — finally revealed.

From the earliest days of the Wu-Tang revolution, Buddha Monk stood as Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s most trusted creative partner — producer, engineer, vocalist, arranger, and the man who kept ODB’s wild genius grounded long enough to create history. Between 1993 and 2004, Buddha Monk was the architect behind much of the sound and structure surrounding ODB and his Brooklyn Zu family, quietly shaping a massive underground movement that fans only heard fragments of.

Unreleased Chambers cracks open the vault.

These are the rare, authentic recordings from the golden era of Brooklyn Zu, rescued from dusty DATs, abandoned hard drives, and forgotten studio reels — the material fans always suspected existed, but never got to hear. Spanning sessions recorded between 1994 and 2006, this collection showcases the raw, unfiltered energy of the Zu warriors at their peak.

Featuring Ol’ Dirty Bastard, Brooklyn Zu (12 O’Clock, Murdoc, Shorty Shitstain), Da Manchuz, Shyheim, Prodigal Sunn, Zu Ninjaz, Lil Vicious, Shacronz, Lazah Life, and more, the album functions as both a time capsule and a revelation. For the first time, listeners get a true glimpse into the sound and chemistry of ODB’s inner circle.

Production throughout is anchored by Buddha Monk, with contributions from Lord Finesse, Mozart, Mr. Tibbs, and Marcus Logan — adding to the album’s gritty authenticity and mid-90s Shaolin sonics.

From street anthems to rugged cypher joints to cinematic life stories, Unreleased Chambers represents a missing chapter in Wu-Tang lore — preserved and presented for the heads who always wanted to know what was happening deep inside ODB’s creative universe.
